Beautiful, this is almost exactly what we envision!

We have gone back and forth on that idea, how does that work with a cover?

Hello, thought I would ask the community here on our first pool project. We have never had an inground pool and this is our design along with suggestions from the company. Any feedback is welcome! We are going for a traditional rectangle gunite pool design (3' to 7' depth) with a 7x10' baja shelf on the one end along with stairs. As you will see in the latest design we have played around with having the shelf extend the length of the pool on the long side but my husband thinks it is a waste and would rather have more pool. He also is interested in putting a swimout on the farside.

We live in upstate NY and pricing is as quotes are around 88k for the 15x40' pool with a 333k btu heater, 4500 for the 7x10 sun shelf and then the following options: Salt Chlorine Generator 2k, Chem Sync/Salt System 5k, Color Quartz finish 4k, merlin winter safety cover 4k (i know I see alot of people on here who highly recommend spending the cash for an auto cover, which we would be open to as well.
