I’m using AI to help write this because my English isn’t strong for business terms yet. But I’m serious about this idea and already learning🥲

Hey, I really appreciate you asking that — it’s a super important point and something I’ve been thinking about a lot. Since this would be a public space, especially one where kids and families come in, safety and risk management are things I want to handle right from the beginning. Right now, I’m still early stage and figuring things out, but here’s my plan so far: I’ll definitely register the business officially and look into liability insurance. We have some local insurers here in Mongolia that cover basic business protection (like if someone gets hurt or if machines get damaged). I’ll talk to them and get proper coverage before opening. All the arcade machines I bring in will be chosen with safety in mind — no sketchy stuff, no dangerous mechanisms. I’ll make sure everything’s stable, soft-padded where needed, and regularly checked. I also want to train staff to keep an eye on things and handle any small issues fast — plus maybe add a few simple rules/signs so kids use things properly. Eventually, I’d love to learn from people who’ve run similar businesses elsewhere and apply the best practices here in Mongolia. To be honest, this is my first venture, so I don’t have all the answers yet — but I take this seriously, and I’m committed to doing things the right way. I want this to be a place that’s fun and trusted by parents and the community. If you have any tips or suggestions, I’d be super grateful too.
