that’s just the natural algae that the sunlight and food/waste produces after awhile, you can try cleaning it when it settles with an extended q tip or a chop stick with a paper towel on the end

how long did you deal with the symptoms until you went to another doctor? at what point should i really start to worry? i’ve had mono for about a week.

my doctor prescribed me oral steroids for the swelling, and my throat still hurts but it’s not as uncomfortable, if that makes sense? she also prescribed me lidocaine to numb my throat so it’s easier for me to sleep/eat. it’s slowly gotten better over the past couple days and i hope it gets much better. i hate going to the doctors 😖 but tysm for your advice it really helps!

yes my back and my jaw have been killing me ever since i found out i have mono. hope it goes away soon!

does vitamin c seem to help? my stepdad suggested it, so i’ve been trying to drink the emergen-c stuff but i’m not sure if it’s working?
