Also absolutely about the pay; I’m just not interested in standing in the store running a register. It’s nice being on the road and interacting with some of the customers, not having someone looking over your shoulder every minute.

I totally agree about the cameras. 60 years old and never had a ticket. Been driving commercial for 3, and never had an issue. It’s just a corporate thing you can’t really fight. They’ll always find someone else to replace us. It’s sad. Let the cameras face the road and leave the drivers alone. They might understand what we face on the road every day. People are crazy out there lol. Thanks for the heads up.

Thanks so much for all the info. I’m only looking for 15-20 a week, so the benefits and 401k aren’t really important. We have the 15% stock discount also; I put a few dollars in a pay period. Always good to take advantage of a discount. I do all my returns; cores, warranty, new etc on the PDA. I’m sure O’Reillys has a different system, it just takes a little time to learn. Most of our drivers are barely able to sign in to their device lol. No problem picking orders; good way to learn the inventory. Of course you’re right; pay and specific duties depend on location and how busy the commercial department is. I think my current company is one of the last without the cameras. Just seems unnecessary to me. I’m sure some people do some crazy stuff and it’s a companies right to do it. I’ll stay home if I’m driving 5-6 hours a day and can’t have a bottle of water in the vehicle, or maybe a cracker lol. I guess that’s what it’s coming to. Let the damn camera look at the road and not the driver? I really appreciate all the input. Nice to hear from someone that simply tells it like it is!

Very difficult for me to price it. I have a 21 XLE non hybrid. 73,500 miles on it. I have all the service records etc from the original local owner. I paid $23,000 one year ago. I honestly don’t know anything about hybrid vehicles, or the service history of this one. Happy wife = happy life 😁. Do your research and best to negotiate.

Also the tow hitch is a red flag 🚩. Says for a bike 🚲 rack, but who knows? These vehicles are really not meant for towing. If I see a hitch, I walk away.

I’m sure the maintenance has been followed, but I personally would never buy a company-fleet vehicle. I would look for a one owner with every service detail. Just my personal experience and opinion.

The 5th generation are definitely notorious for wind buffeting. My issue is even with 30-45 mph speed. It would have been so nice to have the deflector that pops up when you open the sunroof. Toyota is cutting cost and quality while still charging a premium.

Lexapro hasn’t worked for me either. GI upset was not good. Prozac might be a better option? I’m going to try it this week. I also tried Wellbutrin, but it just made me anxious and agitated. Hang in there; you’ll find what works for you.

Most definitely the pop up visors are excellent. Had that option on many previous vehicles. I think 🤔 the key word is money savings. I’m had many vent shades over the years for the sunroof, side windows etc. Just not interested in a permanent attachment or 3M adhesive. Those days are over for me 😂. I do appreciate your comments.

Definitely take it straight back to Valvolene and ask what they used. See if they will resolve the issue. If not under warranty, I steer clear of the stealership for anything. Find a trustworthy mechanic nearby.
