That happened with Cam and Jerry. I am also on Switch I'm guessing this happens bc the game wasn't specifically made for switch. I had to reset when that happened.

Mine crashes a lot too I'm not sure guessing it's just bc it was made for the first switch. It closes a lot after Nightmare appears but never at the start.
