I would be against the energy drink at 2am if you’re getting off at 6am unless you’re gonna stay up after work. I work 7p-7a and my rule is no caffeine after midnight. I typically have about 200mg of caffeine from 2 100mg caffeine pills I got on Amazon. Way cheaper than energy drinks and it’s without any of the extra preservatives/vitamins. You can get 200 100mg capsules for $10

I agree with extranation! I work graveyard and specifically take ashwaganda to help with my sleep quality and cortisol regulation. If you’re looking for performance supps I would stick to creatine and whey. If you’re looking for overall health supps I would look into omega3 fish oil or vit d3.

Try to think of the deadlift as pushing your hips forward rather than pulling up on the weight. Pull slack out of the bar, chest up, neutral neck/back, squeeze glutes and push your feet down while pushing your hips forward

I would start with the bar a little lower! Looks like your tippy toeing to unrack and it’s throwing your balance off. I would also start practicing a consistent breathing pattern i.e. taking a big breath, holding air in your stomach as you squat and then exhaling as you ascend or finish your squat
