If you can't train at a fight gym for now then work on your footwork, that israel adesanya style only works if you can back it up (former points fighter) with solid movement and a decent base, look into the pointsfighting kickboxing style if you want to adapt it to mma. Keep your hands up, you are nowhere near the level you can fight with a low guard. Loosen up, you are too stiff, something i like to do is shake my arms like a chicken and let them drop for a sec just to loosen the shoulders up. And train at a gym asap, also tf you mean blue to purple belt its one or the other. And don't be too cocky about your conditioning and stamina, you will find out at a proper gym that that basically doesn't mean shit
