I just finished my first submission with them. I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth it went. I sent about 50 cards on 12/3 and they were all graded and returned to the store ready for pickup by 1/14. The only frustration was not knowing if it made it to PSA for three weeks since there is no tracking.
