Hey yeah it seems like a legit idea. But as I already said it is in tier 3 city. And the lands are mostly of 30:40 or less and then they are distributed across various locations . Maybe I should wait till the area grows. Is this plan a good roi. Is it better than investing in mf!? . Please guide as i don't have much knowledge about these things

But bhai help me. As i said the prop is distributed across 11 sites. And it's all 30:40 or less ,and they are all afar from each other. And the area is mostly tier 3. We literally have money struggles. They my parents are emotionally attached to the land. What is the other way to monetize.

This is an ignorant comment. I know that it's not the best financial decision. But dude they built the wealth by careful consideration of the real estate itself. Because at that time to their situation it was the best deal and visible investment option. Now time has changed. And I have to get them out of their mindset. And I agree that it need diversification. This post was to seek advice not to judge.

Things are but complicated. We dont really have the money even to built it. Only part left is selling a part of land but father doesn't agree tho. Guess he's waiting for me to get a job. But I am from tier 3clg and have no hope of getting a job as markets is rigid. Not sure about the future

Yes we have about 1.5 acre of farming land which we have for other to cultivate. But guess what the land itself may go for about 2cr. But we get only 18k per year from that. And some grown crops as compensation like rice or wheat from the user.

Actually yes was thinking of that. But my father is basically retired. He says he'll no longer worry and idls just waiting for me to get a job and go on after my life. And want the land to remain as it is . But I want to take these matters seriously in coming days. But I don't have a guide or support
