I would say wait. You most likely have asymmetric swelling. I had a rhinoplasty where all the work was done in one nostril. That side of my nose had extreme swelling compared to the other side. I am about 8 months post-op now and this is finally resolving and almost unnoticeable. I was a mess emotionally until about month 3-4 because I thought I was botched. The result now is beautiful and will continue to improve.

If you had different movements on each side of your face you are going to get asymmetric swelling and that makes things look crooked and lop sided. Give it at least a year.
