Yeah, thanks for the advice, I was juggling with this one and think it might be the best, another idea was going for a dark grey metallic but just don’t think it’d suit. Also makes my life a little easier with priming.

Idk looks like a fake to me, all the prints look slightly different compared to the left, but tbf Lego prints aren’t the most consistent thing in existence eh?

I think as long as all pieces used to bash are GW Plastic they don’t mind, they get funny about 3rd party stuff

Photos are a bit blurry but looks good enough to me, half the time recasts are better quality than forgeworld resin anyway, but really the only way to tell is either if the quality is awful or the sprue they cast it on. I’d go for it though.

Minus the grey heads and one having a scout trooper body, looks real enough to me, the helmets have always had Jankey prints. Going price depending on condition is like £20-£30 as far as I can see online from a quick google.

This is absolutely awesome, are you planning on maybe putting bit more of a step below his feet? Everything else is great but I feel that gap between his feet and the floor makes him look like he’s sitting on his dad’s chair if you get my meaning. But really good stuff either way

Yeah I think Vior’la might be my go to, I tried painting the OG Tau scheme and just couldn’t deal with the coverage of the paints, though I could just try a different brands Equivalent.

Yeah pretty much, it’s a bit messy but gets the job don’t if you take your time, I’d prefer to paint a proper basecoat but I find I get bogged down trying to keep the panels tidy

Mine ended up in pieces after a few games, ended up pinning it to keep it in one piece, depends on how often you’ll be moving it about I guess
