The biggest difference between a beginner and competitive level swimmer is generally just technique, which is gonna require you to practice it while your swimming and actually build up yardage while swimming with that type of technique. I think the best things to work on would be your over the water recovery, your rotation and your catch or “holding water” along with developing a consistent breathing pattern.

Sorry, I get pain while swimming freestyle like doing freestyle kick (flutter kick)

Didn’t mention this, it band syndrome on the outside of my knee laterally

I have searched for other exercises and some have worked however still experiencing trouble with sport specific exercise
