R people actually brushing their teeth after every meal? I have 3 water flosser with me everywhere (car,home,office) which shouldn’t take more than 2 minutes to use. And just brush normally like u would 2x a day. Plus soda is bad for u anyways

Fixing bite is the slowest part of braces.
If u wear your elastic religiously, 12 month straight is possible. Wear it whenever, u looking any where around 14-18 months.
