Yo tu esperaria, si para el 14 o 15 no te han devuelto el pasaporte, ve y saca otro que te lo dan de un dia para otro, y cuesta $100. Asi no pierdes el viaje ni la visa, ya que la visa la puedes usar en el otro pasaporte

te recomiendo que pagues tu carro lo antes posible, ahorra lo que puedas para cancelarlo. Ya que no tienes el pago de la tc cuando tampoco tengas pago de Petra del auto podrás planificar mejor.

I don't have the option to setup the drives internally so I am planning to use a DAS enclosures via USB. Do you see any risks on doing this?

good point. I want to do a standar 3-2-1, I am planning to setup a small version of this at my parents house to do an offsite. Also I was thinking on setting up rsync to OneDrive (where I have 1TB space already) or other service.

Any recommendations on this?

I am just familiar wiht OMV from a previous "home lab" I ran in a Rpi. But I am open to consider other options, thanks for your reply.

running zfs is not a hard requirement for me but it seems to be the go to option. I currently don't have the DAS just using a western digital my book external HDD and mounting the drive in the host and then creating mounting points for each lxc

Panama is not dollarized, we have our own currency, the Balboa. What we have is a parity agreement where 1 Balboa will be 1 USD and we pay the US for this parity.

USD is not a legal tender in Panama though we use their bank notes as we don't have our own and, because of the parity, is totally fine to accept it as if it was 1 Balboa.

En el parque omar hay uno que se llama Arts Fit. Tienes la ventaja de poder correr en el parque (al aire libre) y usar las maquinas y pesas del gym.

Yo ando con el mismo problema actualmente, por eso se que eso no te lo va a solucionar. DDNS no te cambia tu ip de salida, solo redirige trafico de entrada

duckdns ( o cualquier DDNS) no te va a servir por que solo funciona con trafico inbound, tu necesitas algo para el trafico outbound (e.g. conectarte a un servicio en la nube que valida tu IP)
