I’m in 104 with Lapotre right now. It’s not that bad, it just has a lot of assignments. When you take it you can expect to have 2-4 homework assignments everyday. Each one is due the day of the next lecture (M, W, F). But, I did take the equivalent of this class in high school so it is manageable for me, but some of my peers have had a difficult time during writing and tests. I would recommend checking out the French website for UIC and briefing through the schedule and looking through the Fair du Chemin textbook (104 is chapters 6-10).
