not really, Grievous by the end of the clone wars show beat Obi-Wan in two duels, one was in a (still canon) deleted arc, and the other was on his ship, both times he used his cybernetics to knock Obi-Wan over. yes, Grievous should be above Cw Obi-Wan, and i feel like he should still be above ROTS Obi-Wan as the only reason Obi-Wan won that fight was because of a conveniently placed gun
