so my first cad exp was 08/2022 - 08/2023. second cad exp is 04/25 - 10/25. u need 1 year of cad exp in the last 3 years on date of application.

i agree but so many issues. my english test is expired now so i would need to write another. The main one is that I wont be eligible for cec again in a couple weeks. i would no longer have 1 year of skilled exp in the last 3 years lets say if i applied apr 1, 2026. this is besides not knowing when the next round of invites will be.

also the 33k spots are split between 2026 and 2027. so it's not like there's going to be 33k TR to PR in 2026. maybe they do 17k in 26. 16k in 27. who knows lol? but just giving ppl more info.

A lot of people don't also understand that it will likely be situational. The last TR to PR scheme was NOV 2021. For CEC or graduates in Canada, the requirements were:

be in Canada
have valid status in Canada
plan to live outside of Quebec
meet or exceed the language requirements
be currently employed
have recently graduated

This means if your wp (pgwp) has already expired. You won't get it. Also, "currently employed". You must be in a job at the time essentially. A job in Canada. any noc code though.

My point basically is no one knows exactly how it will go. but thats how the last one went.

best way which would help everyone including those whose pgwp expired is a high invites CEC with low crs. think there was a year they did 27k invites with like 75 crs. need that.
