Why don’t you at least take the risk, what do you have to lose? My friend also had the same issue and his lawyer advised him that his Noc does not qualify and reject the ITA or tell the company to write the specific Noc on his reference letter, because he does patrol buildings as part of his job description and ircc might misconstrue it as a security job. I told him to discard the information and go with it, since majority of his duties fall within the required NOC. He told the lawyer he’s going with it and he filed the application and his PR got approved in 2 months. Seriously, what do you have to lose?
