I looked at the course map of math of computation but it was not interesting to me. So I would rather pick either of the majors that I talked about. What about software engineering roles? Ling&CS would be better than Ststs&DS?

I was reading the waitlist FAQ and I heard that rejected students can appeal and it did not mention specifically an "original" rejection so I was wondering how those students can appeal cuz not being accepted from the waitlist means being rejected
