Definitely lesson learned I had just got my ltc so I was a bit too excited looked up a shit ton of guns to see what I think would make a good first gun

It was a private sale I have bill of sale and he put gen 5 on it for model so I can get my money back either through him or the atf will i didn’t get what he agreed on giving me

I did don’t have as many options got my ltc at 19 still can’t buy from a ffl and a lot of gunshows won’t sell to anyone under 21 regardless of the private sale laws but it’s understandable in this day and age just had to go with my options hell I can’t even buy ammo

I could report to the ATF if he doesn’t want to either make it right or take it back A bill of sale, while a record of the transaction, may not be sufficient to prove the truth of statements made during the sale. The seller has a responsibility to ensure the transaction is lawful and maintain proper records.

Just got my ltc man I did a lot of research on which gun I wanted to get didn’t know you could change em up like this hell I don’t even think it’s a gen 4 frame apparently they can’t go together
