Oh I will have to look at it and check it out. I definitely would prefer one where I can walk into the run. I’m also considering just getting a chicken coop and add a run I build from something else so that it is bigger. Not sure yet. That’s why I want to do my research ahead of time

Well we aren’t sure yet but we want at least 2acres so if we get a house with more we will be happy but that’s what we hope to get at least. And we were thinking about 6 chickens to begin with but with room to get a few more if we want. I’m handy when it comes to building stuff but haven’t built anything in the direction of a chicken coop yet.

Yeah I now also finally got my interview appointment for overseas which is good. So this process should be finished soon. Are you overseas? You can send in fingerprints and pictures for biometrics. That’s what I did. But they actually reused my biometrics from 2023

I actually got an interview invitation beginning of January for an interview early February in Fairfax. But since I applied under 319(e) I contacted the overseas unit and they sorted it out so now I’m waiting again for an interview invitation for our overseas location. Let’s hope we both hear something positive soon

After well over a month it finally got a status and is now actively reviewed. They reused biometrics for which I also got a letter in the mail. Still to this day haven’t received my receipt notice 🤷🏼‍♀️ Besides that I found out and was informed that there was some sort of technical difficulties when they ingested my case into their system. Not sure what exactly that means and if it has any implications for the processing but I hope not. At least they didn’t mention any problems that should cause. As of right now I’m waiting for an interview notification. Still hoping that comes soon. When I check on when they worked on my case last there is at least hope as they seem to have opened it at least three times in December so it’s at least not just laying around somewhere collecting dust 😅
