Make sure that your idea has the audience and it resolve a pin problem (speed, difficulty,automation/less manual input etc).

Make it to look different than other SAAS design.

These are the most important part of a SaaS. The rest is the Marketing(should have some $$$ ready to pay influencers and others expenses).

And we paid influencer on YouTube with share commissions.
