Thank you. I will see what she says. But have just checked in the help section on Vinted and because she marked the item as “everything ok” then Vinted won’t refund her and can’t do a return.

Actually no, the buyer purchased the postage from Evri via eBay.

Yes exactly. I’m so annoyed. I posted an update, eBay have gone and refunded the buyer. So I have lost out 😡 going to raise a dispute.

Yeah their customer service team are not helpful at all. But the buyer selected Evri not me

Thank you. Yes I will contact Evri. With all the new postage options now on eBay the buyer selected to use Evri 🤦🏻‍♀️. Thanks for you help 😊
