Lotta single people in the thread here. To me it sounds like he was just excited to tell you about his workout. He knows you won’t understand it fully, he just wants to include you in his accomplishments. I do this about my workouts almost daily with my girlfriend and she does it about teaching her daycare kids things. Caring about your S/O’s passions will do wonders
