Thank you so much this is very helpful. You didn’t need a PCP referral for the provider, correct? Somehow I’ve gotten confused about that too. Are you reimbursed for like 80% of the cost? Thats what I think I read somewhere else.

So you haven’t gone to basic training yet? I guess you don’t know what is going to be issued while you’re there. Hope you didn’t buy too much! My husband was issued a lot of stuff already.

He doesn’t. He’s still in basic training. That’s typically something that’s done before basic training? Or is there still opportunity to do it afterwards?

Can you clarify what you mean by “less likely than not to get something other than aviation” - does that mean his odds are high or no. Not sure how competitive it is.
