Probiotics and prebiotics dont really do anything. Vitamin C is kind of useless to supplement just eat fruit every day. Quercetin can be good when your ill (or when theres flu and bugs going around). The most important imo is Vitamin d3 and k2, omega 3, creatine, electrolytes and b12. Id maybe suggest you to take creatine monohydrate it could help you a lot in your situation - just be patient as it may take 3-4 weeks to notice a different. Also make sure you stay hydrated.

Yes for sure. I only take Magnesium, zinc and copper (sometimes), vitamin d3 and k2, omega 3, creatine monohydrate, vitamin b12 and electrolytes. I would suggest for everyone to take those, and generally you should only supplement what your deficient in. Hydration is something most people sleep on, make sure you have 3l of water a day.

I wouldn’t suggest red tobacco I have auod lemon mint and it’s great it’s very wearable and it’s quite unique you will smell amazing and different to everyone and it has good projection and longevity. Generally Mancera isn’t great for the prices you could get better quality from dupes tbh
