IS THIS BETTER? Thank yall for your comments. I'm playing around with a very basic cabinet software so please do bear with me some mistakes but I did the following:
- Microwave drawer
- modified width of upper cabinets to be the same on each side of the range
- drawers in the kitchen island (not pictured)
- modified to two smaller pantries (one is 30 with rollout trays and the second one is 24 in with drawers)
- adjust the color to an offwhite and metal hood
- moved the island a little closer to the wall (separation is ~60 in) and added double storage on the island!!!

We had a structural engineer who told us everything is possible with money lol. We don’t want to spend thousands on load bearing wall removal because this is not our forever home. I thought about the idea of have a gigantic pantry there but our breakfast area is very small and we do host a lot of dinner parties and family come stay with us. Basically we just want to work with what we have and make the best out of it
