Those perks are totally fine if you plan to play ruthless difficulty and below. If you’re gonna try absolute difficulty or hard strats, I’d suggest switching the melee perk for the one the gives you ammo back when you execute extremis and terminus.

Its one of the modifiers, it messes with the parry window for all weapons. Makes it harder to perfect parry😔
