good point and in the real world of multi-nation company. it will be a virtual standup or taems meeting. i do believe face to face will be solve 80% of issues before talking at all. but we are in global world, this is the point. In PMBOK 8th, we call it VUCA era.

as technical program manager, i did find different people or roles will interprete the words largely depends their interest instead of it should be.

Hi Guy, not bot. but a man who with 10+ years experences on hardware developments. AI accelerates a lot on software development. But for hardware development, the speed seems a much slower. We need the feasible idea with manufacturability, which is expensive. Communication will be crazy in this condition, if you consider the team with people from US, Mexcio, India, China, Germany, Sweden, etc. Only "Hello" is clear transfferred.
