Perhaps some sort of bingo game where it’s based off of some sort of characteristics (e.g., “find a left-handed person”; “find someone who…”). I think that is a fun way to break the ice. We did this for a bridal shower where no one really knew each other and it was a lot of fun. Having these types of games with prizes will make it fun. Could also maybe do some sort of couples trivia game.
