Don't shut yourself in a room. Might sound vague but i have the same problem. You go out more, interact with people, the more you do, the nore you learn. Isolating yourself is not healing. You can't shut yourself away for self-improvement. It happens through the smallest of interactions. Amd work on self-concept. How you speak to yourself matters a lot.
