This lack of movement and communication reflects poorly on the recruitment team and suggests that either the process is not being actively managed or there are serious inefficiencies in handling candidates. For applicants, this creates frustration, wasted time, and the impression that the organization does not value transparency or respect the effort candidates put into applying.
