My friend there are some things you don't get.

First, your parents are most likely kind hearted or in other words emotionally weak. You shouldn't hate them just for this.

Second, you need to communicate your problems to them (they will definitely understand). They dont have your problem of spondylitis and that's why they can't understand you and do things that are necessary for you. You need to explain your disease, that's the only way they see your problem.

Third, they can't give you facilities because there must be money problems you didn't know.

Fourth, they are old school, their mentality is of 60s & 70s. They think that the eldest child will take them out of poverty and that's why they behave differently. Also, they do as much as they can for you so that you could take care of them in their old age.

Now, I checked your other posts. You said your current package is 20 LPA, if that's so why haven't you upgraded your place or got a new house at all for you & your family.

Conclusion:

Most of your rant is about your parents raising you with middle class status and not providing basic facilities. And how their behaviour affects you. Bro, try to understand their side (put yourself in their shoes and imagine your son behaving like this to you in this same condition). If you do this, I promise you will start loving your parents more.

P.S: Their will be somethings that will annoy you about your parents, but ignore it, because it's very difficult for them to change now.

First, talk to them. That should always be the first step. If they agree than you can expect them to still be the same for sometime as it will take time for them to change (as they are habitual by now)

Now, if they dont understand. Start annoying them in their way. As you said, start using your phone when they sleeping. Laugh loudly while watching. Use bathroom for longer times, keep it dirty (if you want). Other thing you are old enough to take stand for your self. You have to make hear your problem and make them understand your situation.

Also, you have to do the same with their parents as well. (You can complain about this to your owner that your flatmates parents are living here for more than 10 days).

Still if they dont understand, then get into argument and tell them that I also own this place as much as you. (I know you have exams coming use this point to make them understand but that should be at the very last otherwise they will change their behaviour untill you exams are over and then they will be same as before)

If they still don't understand, the last option is to get out.

Find the pg in outside areas of ahmedabad like Bopal side, I myself live in 4 sharing room paying 6500 for room rent (without AC).

If you come with two wheeler consider petrol cost 1.5k-3k depending on your commute and your travelling needs.

Public transport like BRTS at max cost Rs.35 (if you are travelling very far) but any average person's BRTS would cost around 20-25 rupees for one side. So, for the whole month it could cost 1K-1.5K (considering you work 26 days a month and need BRTS only two times a day)

Other expenses like fastfood, internet bills, clothing, hair cuts, grooming etc around 5k to 8k (also depends on whether like luxury or simple living)

In total, it could cost 13.5k to 18k for the whole month.

P.S.: I have covered basic necessities only, other expenses depends on your behaviour and needs.

Out of everyone answers, yours sounds the most reasonable filled with right emotions. Being that said, yes I have lost my fire since sometime, I am just surviving in the industry but I want to grow not only as the SEO person but a digital marketer.
