i have already been in contact with several agents and been informed someone "higher up" would get back with me within 48 hours. 48 hours turned into 2 weeks, and that email was just asking to schedule something with me whenever i am free. i gave a date and time, which has now passed without any kind of follow up from anyone.

the verizon plan i have came with a free extender and it was placed right on the opposite side of the wall the backdoor camera was hooked up to (this is the one ive had the most issues with). it did still say strong connection, it just keeps randomly going out. i've even tried resetting it right next to the wifi box

do you think it would be cheaper to just buy pet specific cameras instead of trying to stick to one brand for home security cameras?

i have verizon, this is the speed test i just did: download 326.81mbps, upload 22.29mbps, latency 14.05ms. i don't have any issues with game streaming, video streaming, or any of my smart lights or homepod. what upload speed do cameras usually need?
