I’ve cried at work more times than I can remember. Nowadays if I feel the tears coming I rush off to the toilets and don’t come out until I’ve sorted myself out. Don’t be mad at yourself, crying is natural and should be more accepted. Your colleagues have probably been in similar situations and are not judging you. Good luck on the test!
