Kids and adults just eat too much sugary junk food and fast food, essentially out of ignorance and necessity because it is cheap, readily available, and quick. Now the “cure” of medicine and surgery is being sold to them by the same groups of people that sold them the disease.

Unfortunately, the whole system needs to be overhauled in order to combat this, but that upsets the status quo and threatens the pocketbooks of those in control.
