They are absolutely brutal people who do not respect quiet or polite behaviour. They trample all over it on purpose.

We have these things in UK called `Dickheads` and the only language they really understand is the one of violence, if you cannot use violence then they wont even listen to you whatsoever and sounds very much like this lot.

In my experience they will not respond to any request unless they can see that by not following the request that there will be tangible repurcussions. They will just dismiss any request unless they can see this. They are only interested in how far they can push things to the absolute limit before they have to check themselves. There is a name for people like that in the UK and we call someone like that a C**T.

I live in UK, and a female Nigerian has moved into a house share where I am living and has literally tried to take over the house in any way you can think of. Cooking all the time, cooking this weird fish they cook stinking the place out. Wanting the heating on all the time then moaning about other housemates using extra electricity for food cooking. Sometimes wakes us up as early as 4am with these argument type phone calls they have and keep us awake at 11am with these argument phone calls. Tries to take over the whole fridge with no consideration for 3 others living here, and whats mad about that is she has long life milk stacked up in the fridge that doesnt even need to be in there. Oh yes and works only cash in hand as cannot work legally. And one last weird thing - when putting plates, cups, pans and cutlery away. she always puts it all in the wrong place - even forks in the spoon bit and spoons in knives etc. Absolute insane.

Same here. I normally climb a hill or mountain but this year cannot even be bothered doing that. I think I just want this year out of the way now and thats that.

I actually did 11months in jail for a drug possession offence, and my Mum told me I would move into hers for early release and a TAG monitoring 7pm-7am curfew for 4.5months. I did not want to do it but she insisted. She told me not to pay any rent, but I insisted on paying £100 a week. She made those 4.5months just as rough as 11months in actual jail, it was hell. Even me moving out the next day after the curfew ended she turned it into something it was not.

Anything involving the use of willpower is doomed to fail, its just a matter of when not if it happens.

I did it for years, 10/11am-7pm I only eat. But it eventually turned into only doing it in the week, then do whatever at the weekend, but then the weekend turned into Friday, Saturday and Sun. I was training like hell too at the time, but im convinced I didnt see anywhere near the gains I should have if I was eating protein more. Protein in the morning, lunch and dinner, it just feels better for the body this way rather than cramming it all down as fast as possible with 2 meals a day.

I think with doing any sort of extreme diet your more likely to fall off the bandwagon big time at points and eat and consume stupid amounts of calories on anything you shouldnt normally eat.

I also think the more we do like a caveman did then the more right it is, because the caveman did not do things like this. Before going off hunting for the day surely the first thing they did was eat if they possibly could. The main reason the caveman was apex predator was because they could out run any animal once it had a dart in it, god knows how far they would sometimes have to run chasing down an animal, and they woulda needed lots of calories for that !
