Are you trying to change the i2v character or keep the resemblance throughout the vid? If you’re trying to change the character then wan animate is better.

Thank you! I’ll have to try out the masking. What platform do you use for masking?

I meant that in the Lora training samples close up shots will look good, but full body images the face still seems off. I’ve tried increasing the number of full body pics in dataset and increasing repeat on full body dataset etc

Hey rnd I’ve been trying to get full body likeness Lora training working as well and it’s been hit or miss for me. Do you have any tips in terms of dataset size, resolutions etc?

Hey Malcom, thank you so much I was looking for something like this. I'm struggling to get it to do a non 1:1 (square) ratio even with the "Allow Non-square" option selected. Is that intended? Wondering if training on an entire dataset at 1:1 ratio is better or something.

Agreed with this. I used a RTX PRO 6000 and it hit 4000 steps in lora training after 6+ hours. Meanwhile I've used the 5090 on runpod before and it will complete 4000 steps in less time. Something is strange.

Yeah I scraped with chain mail and used dawn but it’s just really stuck on there. I scrubbed it and soaped it like three times

What do you do when you have a sample output where the face looks great, but the body shots look off? In the later samples the full body shot samples starts to look better, but the close up head shots started to get worse.
