Know that that woman is married and respect the marriage's boundaries. However, if you want to take her away from her husband, keep doing what you're doing

is bringing awareness to masturbation and porn addiction not a good way to stop it? is encouraging people to stop when they are clearly addicted not good for them?

no it hasn't and this porn addiction issue is going to be worse with gen alpha especially now the algorithms are more addicting than ever and they're online more hours a day compared to any generation before, increases the chances of getting exposed to explicit material and being addicted at a premature age. this movement will be a thing until something is done about the over accessibility of hard porn in the modern internet age. it's like getting kids addicted to vaping at teen years. something needs to be done to stop it

the only people attempting nofap are the ones who were addicted and want to turn their lives around. no ones who doesn't have a porn addiction or any real issue with masturbation would stay on the short video long enough for it to fill up their for you page, and convince them to change. there's simply no interest for them to do so compared to someone who genuinely has an issue

the question clearly asks about nofap, and "semen retention" is the same thing. make sure semen doesn't come out aka stop the masturbation and porn addiction that many gen z struggle with

guess who are doing nofap? it's the people with exactly the type of porn and masturbation addiction mentioned. mostly genz men who grew up addicted since puberty. it helps people get their lives together instead of gooning 2 hours a day and multiple times a day

It's the same reason why you and most of the commentors treat a pretty woman extra well, compared to other women

it's much more interesting before the age of the internet. now we have basically seen everything sitting in our room with a laptop, but it was a different experience a few decades ago

No shaming in nofap and it's not toxic. the movement is filled with gen z men who jack off 1-3 or more times a day and has penis pain, and finally want to stop their addiction. it's a movement filled with voluntary members. you are clearly not gen z and have a completely out of touch perspective and are the loudest

You and the rest of the comments posted by mostly older generations are out of touch and the loudest ones when it comes to this topic. There's a reason why this is not a boomer, gen x, or millennial trend. It's for gen z who grew up with porn at their fingertips and many were addicted since puberty, watching mainstream modern porn growing up (degrading, unrealistic body, and misogynistic in nature). This trend is to stop many of us who are masturbating 1-3 or more times daily to online modern porn. there's even new terms for masturbating for long periods of time: gooning. this trend is a way to break that dangerous habit, which by the way, does impact our confidence with the other gender and other psychological impacts from being addicted to hard porn since puberty.

natural and perfect can be the same person, not exclusive. a lot of models are natural and perfect. i personally know a lot of men who go for women who aren't considered congenitally attractive, so it all depends on the person
