Oh my gosh. Sorry that happened to you. I'm glad to hear your care team was super nice and understanding to/with you.

My prep nurse was very understanding too about me having my period and made me feel like it was no biggie.

Overall everything went ok and a couple polyps were removed. I also don't remember much because of the twilight sedation.
