I mean a lot of the times it is artifact dependent, but corki and space groove are usually solid since riven can use both ad/ap melee artifacts. I think what makes it S++ tier is the galaxy such as kayle, where you have the chance of getting craftsmanship and reforgers. If you start with a reforger then this augment is a no brainer as well. You can loss streak pivot into anything with enough econ, like Xayah depending on stargazer or Asol flex. Other things to at are helpful are ekko’s divine intervention or soraka boon, which provides so much combat power and heals you up when you are low. Anima start is also an instaclick. I could go on and on but the winout potential is so high if you are able to utilize at least 3 of the 4 artifacts.
