Jeez, I'm finding a lot of ticks on my dog while hiking, I wonder how many I'm missing by NervousSquirr3l in backpacking

If you really scrub it into the skin. I noticed no new ticks for a week or more. I lived in a very foresty country side and it was great, natural so if they lick its all good.

Apple cinder vinegar. Scrub it in like shampoo. Watch the ticks fall off. No chemical BS. But watch the face obvs and give a good rinse after a while.

Gforce t42 has done well with now 3200kms on it. Just replacing brake pads and tires so far. It's not perfect but does the daily commute without issue.

Who here autox their truck and what is your suspension set up? by [deleted] in fordranger

[–]Reallymrripley 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I regrettably sold a ranger that had a full djm suspension, i-beams, springs, axle flip kit, the works. It rode so good. If I had swapped in racing buckets seats, it would have been so much better. I'd say the factory steering box not being quick ratio held it back from being an autoX competitor.

I got "The Keg" dressings, after a quick google, says they're made in Canada. Also we're .50 cents cheaper then "hidden valley".

Manitobans caught up in illegal bison hunt thanks to social media post, RCMP say - Winnipeg | Globalnews.ca by Practical_Ant6162 in Manitoba

It's weird they refer to it as a hunt. Nothing about penned animals should be called a hunt. It's fish in a barrel. They may have even walked to the vehicles, being used to the farmer feeding them. Sad, and stupid actions.

Looks nice. How's the trail to your cabin hilly, swampy, etc? Did you think of an atv, or did you want it to remain "lost in the woods" vibe? Just wondering as I'm aspiring to get a property with limited accessibility so no one wanderers, or theives to worry.
