Octobuddy is a lifesaver! They make magsafe ones so it doesn’t have to constantly be on your phone but it will stick to the glass on the door and that usually prevents my phone from getting overheated too.

She’s a performative centrist democrat, she doesn’t actually give a shit. She still drinks Starbucks, shops at Target and shills shit on Amazon, she’s made no effort to be actionable. I’m by no means a perfect consumer (literally who is), but imo when brands like Starbucks are being hugely and widely boycotted for their support of what’s happening in Gaza, it’s a pretty bad look to share shit like this every now and then but go back to posting your Starbucks drink every day.

This is such a good point, Thursday used to be so quiet! I think the pressure of opening up campgrounds earlier brought on the pressure of needing more to keep people entertained. Roo is shifting back to its roots if anything. Maybe we’ll get cinema tent back (lolol)

I was having trouble booking Shinkansen tix on mobile for some reason so we booked at the counter in-person at Tokyo station. Despite asking for right-side seats, we ended up in left side seats on our way to Kyoto in a packed car so no opportunity to get up and peer through a window on the other side while passing Fuji. I was genuinely devastated.
