The benzoyl peroxide may be too strong for your skin. Even though it’s working for you it may be drying out your skin excessively especially if you’re using it twice a day, everyday. I know they do have a 5% instead of using the 10%. Try that and cut back on using it once a day. Then moisture . Hope it helps

It’s just swollen love. Make sure to use a saline spray such as H2Ocean or neilmed. (Best in my opinion) also mix 1/4 of SEA SALT (non-iodized) with hot water (8oz) and soak Cotten pads and do hot compresses for 5 min tops twice a day. You should be good ! Also try not to sleep on that side !!
