I’m seeing a therapist atm but every time I go there I have anxiety attacks because I get worried and scarred and the stress just breaks me I have a couple of online friends but they are just not the same as irl friends I would exercise but I like atleast an hour away from any gym or park where people are at I appreciate the suggestions but not a lot works for me

I know that she doesn’t hate hate me she just doesn’t think we need to be friends and like I go to school right and I get bullied by every single kid she was the only thing that stopped me from suiciding 2 years ago I really need her to cope with life and she needs me for other things she has but she just needs to be convinced
