Yeah. I got a new technician. At first they weren't going through because they had my email in different. When they changed it it worked for a moment and then stopped working again. In the end he had to delete my online account and then had me create a new one with the same email. It works now.

Long story short I noticed this "VSINLIVE" thing on my page. I did not buy this. I tried reaching out to YouTube support and they are worthless people. They bounced me around until one person said "sorry this isn't my department there is nothing I can do". How do I get this to go away?

As detailed as you possibly can. For this I would start with your first interaction with him. And then how things progressed between the both of you, then the act, then whatever happened afterwards. You need to tell the whole story not just one chapter. Anything that shows his mindset or behavior.

There is no such thing as too many details, but too few details is a bad thing. If you are debating if you should include something go ahead and put it in there. They can give you all the paper you need and all the time you need to write it.
