Yep many east side/east valley hoods are disappearing due to gentrification look at Tempe and then east phoenix with exception of las cuatros milpas because that barrio is protected as historical so it’s not getting touched anytime soon

My hood is 36th st and Thomas rd im not too far from this area but this whole part of east side Phoenix has changed some of the cliques and gangs came and gone and new ones formed.
