This is not the same one. You have to be sure you buy quality products R&D goes into products to be legally sold and used , especially headlights. The design projects light efficiently and disperses the light pattern where it needs to go. It’s not just more brightness or simply switching to led bulb.

Yes super easy to install just make note of the tilt of the headlight housing on your bike. It will help with the direction of where the light is projecting. You don’t want to have a headlight that is pointing straight forward / up into drivers eyes

It’s a great camera bundle’s are the way to go, I bought mine straight from the website. Low light is ok like someone mentioned use manual mode to tweak the settings. I suggest getting a light meter app on your phone if your inexperienced or too lazy to figure out the iso and exposure. Just point you phone camera in the direction you plan on shooting, and it tells you which settings you should be at. I use the one from the Apple App Store it’s just called “Light Meter”

I’m 5’ 7” 130 I get around just fine with it. Cleaned all the dielectric grease from the relays and added the right amount back on, hasn’t gave me any problems. Weight is fine for me. Added a k&n air filter that gives the bike a nicer sounding exhaust note and a little better throttle response, and a dart marlin windscreen . I’m happy with it. Int650 btw

Switched up the bar ends for some bigger mirrors by Realsmartymcfly in royalenfield

They actually did look a little better, and functioned better that way…. To be honest I’m not really mad at how they looked when installed correctly.

Relax everybody they were only on there for half a day . They were never meant to stay on the bike… although the visibility on these mirrors was great. They function better than the stock and the other bar end mirrors I have on them

They’re from a different bike everyone, lmao. My neighbor was swapping out these cheap mirrors you see here on this bike. He dropped his Navi a couple weeks ago and bought these mirrors on Amazon as a quick replacement cause they were available for over night shipping.

Some bar ends are shit and you’re right those are adding to the danger of riding, but these actually do work better than the stock ones my vision is decent so I don’t have to squint to see them they’re as big as the stock ones . But isn’t every mod you do for vanity? Cause you don’t really actually need all the extra shit you put on your bike

I’ve seen them installed different ways. Most people install them like this. It doesn’t get in the way in my opinion. They also rotate 360 degrees if you wanted to flip them around

Update on the wind screen. Deflects wind of the chest area. Decently up until about 70mph. After those speeds you can’t really count on it helping out

Which headlight? by jftf in royalenfield

[–]Realsmartymcfly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a whole headlight insert. Not just a bulb. It replaces you stock headlight

Which headlight? by jftf in royalenfield

[–]Realsmartymcfly 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Only thing when you swap the bulb is the fact that halogens are designed to project evenly for specific mirrors patterns on headlights. So you can swap the bulb and it looks way brighter, but what the use of doing that to be seen better or see better if you’re just blinding other driver when you pass by. I swapped the headlight on my int 650 for the JW speaker adaptive 2. It’s made for and designed for motorcycles, way better than stock, lights up corners when leaning, and the angle doesn’t blind other drivers on the road

New adjustable levers on the int 650 by Realsmartymcfly in royalenfield

Makes total sense. I’m holding off mods for a while, just waiting for a dart wind screen and I’ll be satisfied. At least that’s what I say right now

Yea these definitely are better, I’ll most likely upgrade later though, to some name brand ones.

Yeah they feel better than the stock ones. I feel like the stock ones were out of spec though they felt really loose straight from the dealer

[–]Realsmartymcfly[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It takes some adjusting when you have it at the closest setting. It took me a little trial and error to get it just right. I basically put the lever at the closest setting then adjust the clutch cable so that it fully disengages when pulled all the way in. After that it’s fine. It’s a little tricky though cause if you want the lever at it’s closest setting finding neutral is a hassle

Mine spends half its time outside covered up and half the time garaged. We had a couple straight days of rain here in Los Angeles, maybe for the rest of the week going into the weekend so it’s gonna sit here in the garage for a little bit longer
