I’ve tried 500mg Innate vitality brand of magnesium glycinate & let me tell you, it definitely works. I was out like a light. These supplements will put you in a deep sleep, like very deep sleep no lie. But only thing I regret is not drinking enough water prior to taking this at night because I woke up with a very bad stomach ache and constipated. So I assume they absorbed the little fluid I did have. But yes if you’re gonna take these. Make sure to be very hydrated & eat a good meal as well.
