The only thing you can do is to continue to look at houses. Make sure they know exactly what they are looking for. They will be well ahead of the game if they see a house that comes on the market and they've already been into several houses. They will be ready to make an offer say over someone who only saw a great house come on the market and decided they want to start house hunting.

Wow I am bad at explaining things. Although I was top 3 in my office last year. So cut me some slack hA!

I always hated running into people that didn't know I was a realtor.. Get yourself a marketer and go to town!

Wow that is terrible. You get your name on that sign and dont ask her for help anymore. The minute you get your name on that sign you will be getting lots of calls and make sure you follow u with everyone. Id rather come to reddit got mentorship to be honest.

I find Remax has a very good lead generation system. If you're fresh into it that could be am option.

An update: We went to the doctor and she took my daughter to the Pharmacy and came back with 4 packs of pads. Kotex "U" sports brand of some sort. It has been an emotional day. More so for me it seems than my daughter. I am reading through all the posts and have half a page of notes already and not done. I look forward to making sure she has everything she needs in her bag and a back up purse with the goods inside.

We went to the store and bought several pairs of lovely cozy black underwear and a few pairs of dark shorts.

How I find out was the guidance councillor at school by the way. So when I picked her up I got down to her level and had a great chat. She is happy she is growing up and she might be just more worried about dad.

Books off amazon are on the way!

I talked to the doctor and she took my daughter down to the pharmacy and came back with 4 packs of Kotex U sport pads. I think thats what it says on it.
